We have eight automatic SMT production lines, four THT production line, two hand soldering lines, two final assembly fine and one Burn in room.

We follow IPC-610-E class II, and have ISO9001:2008 quality system certification for our factory management, and we RoHS only factory.

We conduct 100% AOI test, visual inspection and function test; we also have ICT tester, if required and necessary we can do. With years experience on EMS, we are capable to design and produce simple jig and test fixture by our own to improve quality and productivity.

Requested files/info: Bill of material(BOM), PCB gerbr file, test document or test procedure, demand quantity, product sample or photos will be highly appreciate. And any other special requirement.

Normally it takes four work days for us the provide our best quotation, two work days can provide an estimate rough price only.

Normally 5-10pcs samples need 1-2 days, 5-20K production need 1-2 weeks. Always the final delivery time need based on the actual delivery time for components and production status.
